FirstPort was originally called OM Peveral, they changed their name because they had such a bad image. Nothing has changed, the roof still leaks, and the roof reserve pot of money is almost nothing after 25 years of filling it up. You pay for services you don't get, like bin cleaning, fire checks, and broken fences that don't exist. They send out the same exact letter (word for word), stating repairs they have done that increased the yearly fees. First Port hire people with no experience installing a gate and it's constantly broken it should be covered under the one-year guarantee but we get billed for it.
