First port are a terrible management company that completely rip people off, leaving residents powerless! They have made minimal effort on our development, argue about areas they don't want to look after which are under their responsibility. Provided a lacking play area for our children which has been out of use multiple times due to it's poor and dangerous design. They employee gardeners to look after the very front of the development hiding the fact that everything else is completely neglected, meanwhile, continue to ramp up the prices for all our residents.
