AVOID! Save yourself the stress and steer clear of them at all costs! They remind me of those infamous "Nigerian Prince" emails promising you millions. I placed an online order on the 22nd, and THEY lost it! After 10 days of waiting, they finally offered me a replacement or a refund. Thinking I’d give them another chance to rectify the situation, was a massive mistake on my part! Frustrating Follow-Ups: They sent me the wrong tracking number for the replacement order. When I reached out again, their response was that "your order has not yet been picked." After nearly two weeks of hassle, you’d think they would expedite the replacement delivery as a courtesy. Instead, they informed me that it would be sent via standard delivery! More wait and see frustrations and hassle...will they deliver, or will they again decide to lose it in transit!? They provided a contact number, which no one answers. It's worth noting that it took them less than 10 seconds to take the money from my credit card! Do yourself a favour and avoid this company entirely!
