I placed an online order on the 22nd, and THEY lost it!
After 10 days of waiting, they finally offered me a replacement or a refund.
Thinking I’d give them another chance to rectify the situation, was a massive mistake on my part!
Frustrating Follow-Ups:
They sent me the wrong tracking number for the replacement order.
When I reached out again, their response was that "your order has not yet been picked."
After nearly two weeks of hassle, you’d think they would expedite the replacement delivery as a courtesy.
Instead, they informed me that it would be sent via standard delivery!
More wait and see frustrations and hassle...will they deliver, or will they again decide to lose it in transit!?
They provided a contact number, which no one answers.
It's worth noting that it took them less than 10 seconds to take the money from my credit card!
Do yourself a favour and avoid this company entirely!”
“What hasn't gone wrong! Ordered £200 worth of items, paid next day delivery.
Been waiting for ages now. Nothing.

“I ordered a tent (coleman Octagon 8) and 2 air mattresses and i paid extra for the next day delivery.
I received an email saying one item was cancelled due to being out of stock and that was the Tent! So they just sent me the 2 mattresses without the tent. Didn’t even confirm with me if i still want the mattresses without the tent.
When i contacted customer service via email and via phone they said they will cancel the delivery and refund me in full.
Its been a week now but i haven’t been refunded neither did i receive the items.
Very poor service and false information from the customer service team!
I’m due to go for a camping trip in 2 days and i haven’t received the items. neither the refund.

“BEWARE 28 DAYS RETURN POLICY
I purchased a pair of boots online from these, a few months later they are leaking, I first tried to return on there website but never worked I then contacted customer support on Facebook and ended up talking a different person every comment I made, to then finally be told that you can only return online items for 28 days after delivery otherwise they need to be checked in person”
“couldnt leave a review without a star but deserves a 0, i spent almost 2 weeks going into store for an item showing in stock (for my sons birthday) for them to keep saying they would phone me when it was found, on the last visit after a week and half they said it must have been stolen, i ordered the item online whilst sitting in my car, the % off first order didnt go through so was pretty expensive with next day delivery, it never came the next day!! i rang customer services and they said it just showed on his screen as it was with the courier, he said he would pass the info to the refunds team to refund the % off i should have got for first order for the disappointment and refund the next day delivery charge, i was satisfied, 3 weeks later still no refunds, i rang them back to be told they would arrange refund for next day delivery costs but not the first order % but was there anything else he could do for me . . my reply was no but i will be leaving bad reviews and never shopping with them again, they have had thousands of pounds off me over the years in store but from now on i will take my custom elsewhere”
“Shambles. I ordered goods and still waiting for them 10 days later and still no information from Fishing Republic. Buyer beware. I would recommend using a supplier who will answer the phone or give an honest update.”
“Placed an order for 2kg of bait and a pot of pop ups, got a shipping notification saying my order was on it's way. Day of delivery came recived a very small bag with just the pop ups in, contacted fishing republic about this and it took them 3 days to get back to me for only be told they did not have them in stock and they have refunded me even though states at the top of there page everything in stock no back orders.
So rather than use common sense they sent me just a tub of pop ups without contacting me to offer me a different sized bait that wouldn't have been a problem to me so they expect me to place a new order just to get a replacement...shocking customer service I would recommend to go else where...buying online should be easy this wasn't and they dont seem to care”

“Avoid. Dishonest company. Scammed by Fishing Republic online who said that if I give the company good feedback, they would give me a 40% discount off my next order valid for 1 year. 5 months later, when I went back online to redeem, the code given by Sheridan Ward did not work and I was advised that even though they had given me 1 year to use the discount, they would not honour it. OK then I'll take my business elsewhere. I would rather pay the extra than to be lied to and then fobbed off. There are lots of other reputable companies out there which me and my large circle of fishing friends will quite happily use.”
