ME: My Order #199XXX appears to be lost as it has not moved in shipping. It was expected to be delivered yesterday but appears to be lost in Chicago.

I just went ahead and checked on the status of your order and I am seeing that it has been arriving at many different USPS facilities for the week or so. Unfortunately, that is on the carrier and there is not much we can do about it. It happens with some of our packages for some reason. You can try calling USPS to get it directed to you, that usually works for packages USPS does this with.
