“Pros: The custom print came out nice, so I can't complain there. I like the texture and feel of the Fishskyn protector.
Cons: Came with ZERO installation instructions. I mean, put a piece of paper with a URL on it at least. Nothing to help there. The corners were wrinkled upon receipt. So far they have been OK, but I do worry about how they hold up long term. I also don't think they'll protect much. More cosmetic than anything.
I can't say I feel great value. It's a sticker that covers your MacBook. If you want something that looks cool, it's OK. If you want protection, look elsewhere.”
“ME: My Order #199XXX appears to be lost as it has not moved in shipping. It was expected to be delivered yesterday but appears to be lost in Chicago.

I just went ahead and checked on the status of your order and I am seeing that it has been arriving at many different USPS facilities for the week or so. Unfortunately, that is on the carrier and there is not much we can do about it. It happens with some of our packages for some reason. You can try calling USPS to get it directed to you, that usually works for packages USPS does this with.

“Emailed you and received no response. Tried to return the product during the given time and it was returned to the place where I mailed it. You have very poor customer service when you don’t respond and you don’t refund my money. I would not recommend anyone to deal with your business. I hope you enjoy spending the money. “Nightmare can only liken it to wallpapering! Bubbles on front & back a mess. Tried to use use hairdryer & ended up stretching it too . If you want 40 mins of torture this is for you!”
“Good in concept, but does NOT fit computer. None of the peices seem to be cut perfectly and there is an issue with each side - too long, too short, etc. The covers do not align with the corners or edges of the Macbook. If you don't mind one side being different than the other in terms of coverage then it's fine, but if you're a perfectionist this will definitely bother you. Also the application is insanely difficult and frustrating. There are no instructions or tools sent along with the skins to help with application. Mine ripped twice while applying because I had to apply and reapply so many times because it is impossible to align.”
“My first skin didn't come off the paper right but I reached out and they got my a replacement within a week! The person I email was really nice and helpful. It was a pretty quick response from them too. I think it only took a day or two for them to get back to me. The new skin came and everything worked pretty great this time! Slight wrinkle I can't get out in between the mouse and the key board on that tiny strip but its barely noticeable. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and the customer service I received! My Fishskyn looks great and makes it really stand out compared to other macbook covers! Thank you!!!”
“The piece that goes around my camera does not fit. The holes are the incorrect sizes. I have used both that were sent to me, and by the time I get it remotely close to being on, all the sticky is gone. I have watched the videos 10 times and do call bs on how they get them on. Would not buy again.”

“This review is not about their product itself but rather about their integrity. For me, integrity trumps product every time.
These folks were easy to communicate with before I purchased their product. After I purchased their product there was a problem with the purchase itself and they will not return my email to address the problem. Of course, I say email, because they do not provide their phone number anywhere. I should have snapped to that fact before I did business with them.
They have my money, I feel left out in the dark, and I’ll just have to make peace with it. Maybe my review can help others.”
