I booked an mot online, they were supposed to come pick up my car a day later and drop off a courtesy car, I spent the whole next day believing this was in hand, at 17:26 they sent a text message "Hi Andrew - Fixter here Unfortunately we've had to cancel your booking as, due to your location, we were unable to allocate a driver. We're really sorry for any inconvenience caused and can assure you that NO PAYMENT has been taken. Thanks, The Fixter Team" To late for me to sort the mot myself! They will waste your time! Useless service!
