booked the car for MOT on 11th January
Company informed me that their rep will pick up the car netween 9-30AM and 11 AM
Took a day of work to fit for this appointment
They fail to turn up to pick the car at the given time
Had no decency to llet me know they are not coming
Now I have booked the car for MOT with the near by garage.
Looks like a scam company
