I was promised the car would be serviced and passed for an MOT by the end of the day. I approved the work to be done, but they contacted me to say it wouldn't be ready until the end of the NEXT day because the "supplier had delivered the wrong part."
So I called Fixter and was told that someone would contact the garage and ring me straight back. An hour later no one had called back so I called again, and was told there was nothing that could be done. Eventually I was told the car would be returned by 1.30 the next day and someone would call the next morning to confirm this.
But no one called.
So I rang and was told someone would call me straight back.
But no one did.

At no point was there any sense that anyone cared and the people I spoke to seemed to take joy in the inconvenience this was causing.
I feel it's a duty to warn people to never use this appalling company.
