I just took a trip to New Zealand through Flash Pack and it was super disappointing. The company admitted via email that they ran the trip too early and should have offered a chance to cancel but then just offered me a refund of $600 for my feedback and really my money back for not being able to snorkel with the dolphins (1 or many activities that did not happen on this trip). I paid this tour company over $6k and they couldn’t book various activities that they advertised and not to mention they didnt realize everything would be closed on Christmas so we were stuck at hotel for lunch then a picnic in the park. This is not at all what I expected when booking a holiday, especially for this high price. I will never trust this company again with my time and money. This company has grown too fast and can not keep up with their same quality of service. Such a disappointment!
