I was genuinely shocked to discover that this company literally makes guests share a bed—not just a room. This was never communicated during the booking process. I’ve traveled with various companies across different countries, and I have never encountered such an arrangement before. After filing a complaint, I was made to wait until midnight, and they even woke the other guest up just to move her to another room. That level of disorganization and disregard for guests’ comfort is unacceptable—especially from a company that charges premium prices. The lack of transparency and the way this situation was handled made the experience a waste of money. Sleep is essential when you’re on an active tour, and this completely disrupted mine. I expected better, and I wouldn’t recommend booking unless they start being upfront about their accommodations.
