Flashpack is an unethical company only concerned about their own revenue. Flashpack have failed to comply with their own T&Cs and European law and UK legislation. Flashpack have acted irresponsibly & selfishly. They are withholding refunds from trips they’ve cancelled which they are legally obligated to refund within 14 days (according to both EU law & UK legislation). My own personal experience saw Flashpack refuse my refund for weeks, then when they finally give me a due date for my refund (30th April), when a week before it’s due I send them a reminder email they respond with generic text advising that they can no longer refund me by this date but now hope to refund me by 31st July! I have no reason to believe that this will happen as the company have failed to do anything to give me any confidence in them. The cofounder phoned me last week and even openly agreed with me that ‘Flashpack have not handled this well and that their customer service is terrible’. Yet knowing how badly his company are dealing with this... When I shared the UK legislation with Flashpack, they had the nerve to respond email me saying that ‘they will no loner reply to emails in regards to the status of my refund’ Please don’t book a trip with this company, you can’t have any trust or confidence in them. I’ve added a photo of their T&Cs to try and give anyone reading this confidence that my experience above is genuine.
