Fraudulent company stay away. Virgin Atlantic cancelled the flight & confirmed they issued a full refunded back to the travel agent. But Flightcatchers also known as Polani Travel are trying to charge me admin fees and making excuses to delay refund. Its been 2+ months since & I have all the evidence to show this in court. Stay Away!
