Tried booking, fine until payment section then 'operational issues' after putting in CC details, couldn't complete. Then I get an email saying click on this separate link and several chaser calls. Did a further review check and found some grim feedback. So decided to try another broker, marginally more expensive (Last Minute) but felt much more secure and professional. Might be alright, but initial impression was flaky after the insistent calls
