A masterpiece in lying. AVOID at any cost!!! They cancelled my flight 3 weeks ahead, on my 1st day of the holiday. I ask them to move my flight to an earlier time, but day after day they were saying is impossible and all they can do is move all of my flights 24 hours later. When. I ask them for an official statement from my insurance company and my employer, suddenly they can put me on a earlier flight! Right after I booked another night in the hotel!!! But hey, I still need to pay them for changing my flight! It wasn't my idea since the day first! Never had any issues with any travel agent or airlines. Also, I will make sure they will lose customers. Disgusting at every level of customer service!
