Flightcatchers radically changed my flight itinerary three days before I was due to travel. The company offered me a refund, which I accepted. This was over three months ago, and I am still owed over £700. Furthermore, the company operatives routinely lie, and tell me that they do not have my contact details on file every time I try to elicit a response from them.
Their customer service is significantly worse than mediocre.
