Extremely Disappointed with Flight Catchers – Poor Service and Rude Staff I’ve been dealing with Flight Catchers for the last few months, and it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. First, their system messed up my name, swapping my first and last names even though I entered the information correctly. When I contacted customer service to resolve this, instead of correcting the issue, they told me I would need to buy a new ticket, leaving my current one "wasted." To make matters worse, one of their staff members spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional tone. Even after I politely asked them to change their tone, the attitude remained unacceptable. This entire process has been stressful and disappointing. Not only was the mistake their fault, but they also offered no reasonable solution and treated me poorly. I strongly advise anyone considering Flight Catchers to think twice – their lack of customer care and responsibility has made my experience miserable.
