I ordered my flowers on Friday, and instead of calling me and letting me know that they were unable to deliver Saturday they sent an email to my work email. I received it on Monday, and immediately called. They called back and let me know that my flowers would be going out that day, and sent an email to confirm it. Not 10 minutes later I had a customer service lady calling and she said that the only way I would be able to get my flowers out today, would be if I paid 23.00 more. I was understandable upset. The whole time I am talking to her, there is a person whispering n her ear what to say, so I told her to just let me talk to the person that is doing the whispering. That lady came to the line, and told me they would offer me a $10 discount if I just paid the remainder. I said no, and told them to cancel, and refund my money. She then proceeded to tell me bthat the charge had not yet cleared my bank (it had) and then when I argued she told me it would take a few days to process the refund. Will never use them again.
