BEWARE - I placed a flower order on a Friday for delivery on Saturday for my daughter-in-law who had my new grandson. Flowers were never delivered on Saturday. They apparently called several times from an unrecognized 800 number, which came through as spam. They left no message. Then I saw my email on Sunday that they were having problems filling my order because the "baby block vase" was no available. They stated they could simply deliver flowers in a vase, which I agreed to. Then on Monday I receive this email stating "We apologize as we are having trouble processing your order. We do not have a shop available in our network to take your order, however, we were able to locate a florist to deliver. Unfortunately, because they are out of our network they do follow their own pricing. They are requiring an additional $45 in order to place the order. " I state "I would not pay more as this is a bait and switch" and they responded "We can help by covering $10 of the amount needed from the outside shop to best assist this order as this is the only shop we were able to get a hold of in this area to do the delivery. We would only need the $35 instead. Please advise if you'd like to proceed." I said "No cancel the order". So now it's Tuesday and still no flowers for my daughter-in-law.

I ordered a floral arrangement for my friend's birthday a day prior to her birthday (delivery day). The order was accepted, no issue. They sent me an email, later in the day of her actual birthday, that they could not fulfill the order, and offered to deliver a totally different arrangement, the next day ... a day LATE. This is a disgrace. Do not accept orders that you cannot fulfill on time, let alone what the customer actually ordered.

The flowers I ordered looked nothing like what was received. Very disappointed. I wanted my money back, but all they did was charge me for a smaller bouquet. They also charged almost $20 for delivery which I was not expecting that much. You can see below what I ordered compared to what I got.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! I have never had such a horrible experience with a simple delivery of a bouquet of flowers. Not only was my delivery delayed 3 days, but the bouquet that was delivered is half the size of the what was advertised. Their customer service is horrible.

Website was easy to use, placed a order. I was assured it would be delivered today. Got a email today saying the order had been canceled and a refund would be issued to my credit card. Checked my credit card and no refund was issued. Called their customer service phone number and was told it would be 1 to 3 business days before it would be on my credit card. This is after I wrote a review on their website. I hope whoever reads this review will think twice about using their services. If I could I would have given zero stars.

I would not recommend FlowerShopping.com based on my experience. I placed an order for a same-day flower delivery. The order was later marked as delivered, but the item was not actually successfully delivered to me/the recipient as ordered. When they later attempted delivery, I refused it because it was not what I ordered. When I contacted customer service, they claimed they had a photo “in front of my building with the order,” but a photo outside a building does not prove that the correct item was delivered, accepted, or handed to the recipient. It only proves there may have been an attempted delivery. They also refused to tell me which local florist fulfilled the order and said they only communicate with the florist through “wire,” leaving me with no way to verify what happened. The customer service process felt evasive, and I was not given clear proof of proper delivery. In my opinion, if a company cannot prove that the correct item was delivered and accepted, they should not treat the order as completed. I had to continue pushing for a refund/authorization release after refusing an incorrect attempted delivery. Very frustrating experience, especially for something time-sensitive like flowers.

Placed an order for my wife to receive flowers before the same day deadline. Instead of letting me know they could not meet the deadline, they wait till it's too late to order from anyone else. Will never use again.

Flowers were falsely marked as “delivered” hours before they actually arrived. This was a time sensitive birthday delivery for my 12 year old daughter and the flowers did not arrive until around 10 PM, long after the birthday celebration was over. To make matters worse, I ordered lavender roses and received red roses instead. I also paid extra delivery and exact date fees that were not honored. Customer service repeatedly gave conflicting information. One representative stated I would receive a full refund due to the missed delivery window, while another later refused the refund after the flowers were eventually dropped off late with the wrong arrangement. I was also disconnected during a follow up call while trying to resolve the issue. I have since filed complaints with the FTC and BBB due to the misleading delivery status, failure to provide the correct product, and refusal to properly resolve the matter. I would not recommend this company for important or time sensitive occasions.

This company was supposed to fulfil an order I placed for May 16 for a 95th birthday gift and it never arrived. Customer service was given so many excuses and then to get a call lasted to request $50 more than what I paid just to get the flowers made and sent days after they were supposed to arrive. Unacceptable, I will be warning everyone I know about this company

Thank you for all the work getting this order of flowers to my Auntie. I was worried there for a moment but I am so relieved that we finally got completed. My Auntie was so happy to receive the flowers. I am sorry to read some bad reviews but i think these people got the job done. Seems they overcame different time zones and locations and areas to finally get delivery of the flowers. . So good job to all of you who made sure my Auntie got her flowers 💐 I would recommend this company who provided international service. In future I would probably use a service closer to home.

I fear that this flower website is a scam. I would not recommend that anyone use them. I ordered flowers for a funeral. I made my flower selection, gave my credit card information and received confirmation by email that my order had been placed. My credit card was immediately charged $92.00 at 7:00 AM. I went about my day and at 1:00 pm I received a message that my order had been cancelled because they will not deliver flowers to my town. I have not received a refund to my credit card.

Do not believe the company's website reviews! This is a horrible company. I ordered a flower arrangement on a Wednesday for the funeral service of a friend's mom. It was to be delivered the day before the funeral. They called me the day of the service saying they couldn't delivery it. The excuse the rep gave was that the flowers I ordered were out of stock. If that's the case, then why was I allowed to order it?! And why didn't I get a call BEFOREHAND? That's when I began to realize that this company is a scam. If I don't get my money back I am raising hell.

The FlowerShopping.com really made me happy recently. On the occassion of our first anniversary, I ordered from them and they didn't disappoint me. The flower looked really perfect and the receiver cried out of joy. During my period of waiting for my order to be delivered, I was wondering if the FlowerShopping.com were for real or scam, then I was relieved when they emailed me to update me on the current status of my order. The only downside was that the delivery was not made before noon as i wished but afternoon which fortunately came to work perfectly with the reciever! However, they compansated with me through email even regarding this matter. They informed me of the subtitutions, and they did it perfect. I am proud of you and i have rated you with 5 stars. Thank you.

FRAUD!! NO REFUND ON UNDELIVERED FLOWERS!! Horrible. Doesn’t deliver orders. Ordered 4. One was NEVER delivered as they will not refund my money. One to wrong address… flowers do not look anything like what’s on the website. They offer no photo proof of delivery — the eventually sent a random photo with no address or anything remotely familiar with the intended delivery address.

I am beyond disappointed and embarrassed. I ordered funeral spray arrangements for two separate services on May 8th and May 9th. Despite paying an extra fee for Saturday, exact date delivery and explicitly requesting that the flowers arrive before the 9:00 AM, prior to services, neither arrangement was ever delivered. ​I attended the service on May 9th personally. I was there for the entire four-hour viewing and mass; no flowers ever arrived. My sister-in-law also confirmed that the flowers for her father-in-law never showed up for May 8th service. When I confronted the company with photographic proof of the empty casket area, they had the audacity to claim the florist had delivered them to the front door. Then it was given to the church, and basically, Not their Problem". They sent a picture of an unfamiliar display that looked similar lying on the ground excluding my message. Definitely inappropriate as if this was my delivery, it was Definitely done after my service. ​To make matters worse, their customer service is non-existent over the weekend and no better during the week. They only operate Monday through Friday, leaving you stranded during Saturday & Sunday services where a majority of funerals take place. Ive called and sent emails since delivery was never confirmed via website on 5/8-5/11 before finally receiving, "its not my problem as delivery confirmed on their end". This company is a scam—they take your money, miss the most important moments, and then lie about it. Save your money and your sanity: go elsewhere. Not worth the aggravation and headache I'm now having to deal with their nonsense while mourning the loss of loved ones. I would've left no stars, but unable to proceed without checking off 1 star.

I placed an order on the Wednesday (May 6) for Mother's Day, May 10, 2026. I checked flexible delivery (Friday through Sunday), and here we are on Monday evening and the flowers still haven't been delivered and even though they claim to have a Customer Service number, Customer Service has been no help. Twenty years of sending flowers to my mother twice a year (birthday and Mother's Day) and this has never happened with any of the other platforms I've used.

I want to share my disappointment about the flowers that were not delivered. I placed the order yesterday, and they were supposed to arrive today before 4:00 PM, as the recipient finishes her shift at that time. With Mother's Day coming up, I thought they would be ready for the increase in orders and deliveries that usually happens during this time. It seems there is a lack of awareness about how crucial timely delivery is for special occasions like this. If this is how they manage their business during busy periods without extra help, I worry about their future growth and ability to keep customers. Today, they lose one customer, but in the future, they could lose many more if this continues. This is only my second experience with their service, but I will definitely remember this when I think about my options for flower delivery in the future
