I ordered flowers and first I got word that the arrangement I chose wasn’t available but could offer a “designer’s choice” arrangement that would be comparable. I agreed as by then I couldn’t order from elsewhere and get it there in time. Then I got a message saying it couldn’t be delivered as promised but they would give a $10 rebate to make up for it. At that point of course there aren’t any options so I said fine.
I got a photo of what was delivered and it is not at all comparable to the arrangement we paid $71 for and had expected. What we got was significantly smaller with fewer flowers than the image of what we ordered, and had it been on the photo gallery with that price tag, I would never have ordered it. One pic is what I ordered and the other is what I got
