I ordered an arrangement for my cousins birthday. I paid for an upgrade to premium and to add balloons. Not only did they not give me balloons, or an upgrade, the arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered. It was supposed to have a beautiful glass butterfly vase, they replaced it with a smaller tin. Not realizing this is in US currency (my fault) in total this came to $170 Canadian. Severely disappointed is understatement. I contacted the company and they offered me 15% back- that doesn’t even cover the extra balloons I ordered. Biggest scam ever.
