Promised same day delivery four days ago. The company charged for same day delivery but failed to deliver. They later emailed and asked when I would like the flowers delivered. I responded with deliver as soon as you can. This was followed by texts and 1800 phone calls asking if I would like the flowers delivered. I responded each time yes. It has been 4 days with no delivery (for a birthday) and no capacity to reach a person at the company's phone numbers due to excessively long hold times.
