If you choose to use this company’s services, be prepared to be sorely disappointed by their total ineptitude and total lack of concern for your order.
On June 28th, I placed an order for a bouquet to be sent to my mother’s house as a surprise for her 76th birthday. I found the arrangement that I wanted on their website, placed my order, and received confirmation in my email. Unbeknownst to me, that same order was cancelled less than 15 minutes after I placed it, and the notification was sent to my email junk bin. The entire day passed, and by the time I learned what had happened, it was far to late to get use a different service for same-day delivery. So my mom received nothing from me for her birthday.
When I called the next day, to find out what had happened, it took 20 minutes to get through and the customer service rep could not have cared less about my concerns. All I received was a lot of “I’m sorry, Sir” and “Is there anything else I can help you with today?” repeated over and over again in a monotone voice. No explanation as to why they took the order in the first place if they were incapable of filling it. And certainly no offer to send out any kind of replacement from any local shop.
I strongly advise anyone reading this not to ever use flowershopping.com. This company is completely inept and totally unconcerned about their customers.
