NEVER AGAIN!
Ordered flowers for my mother's birthday on 9/30.
Flowers were not delivered.
On 10/1 I received an email confirmation of delivery.... But nothing was delivered
Called customer service (who is almost never open despite "hours" of 8am-4pm PST Mon-Fri) and eventually got a person who said they would check into it and call me back
Next day no call
Sent them an email ... nothing
Next day called several times to the "Customer service is closed"
Finally on 10/4 get a call back that they could not deliver the flowers today but will WAIVE THE RUSH FEE for delivery tomorrow.
Told them that delivering at all would be a start and asked why they would charge me a rush fee when even 10/4 would be 4 days late???
They hung up on me.
10/5 (only good part here) Flowers delivered and were nice
10/6 Tried calling back to give them an opportunity to save me as a customer.... Guess what, Customer service not open during their "open" hours....
