I paid for the deluxe version of flowers for my Mom's 75th birthday. They came a day late, were the wrong color with barely any flowers in the bouquet. The bouquet sent to her had less flowers than the "as shown" version (smallest version on the website.) I even got an email on her birthday that they were "delivered or on their way" but she didn't get them until noon the next day. I brought all of this to customer service and they offered me a small discount and I told them that wasn't good enough. We are literally are still going around in circles. They want pictures, decides it's not their standard, then go backwards asking for more pictures. Now they want to send her a new bouquet days after her birthday. Too little too late. Why would I deal with them again? A partial refund that is not insulting is all I'm asking for.
