I ordered flowers and balloons for my daughter’s birthday and paid extra for it to be delivered before 12:00 pm. At 3:01 pm, I received an email titled, “Flower Order Problem” and letting me know they did deliver my order. I didn’t see the email until 3:45, so called to discuss whether to cancel or have delivered tomorrow. Got a message that they were already closed. The next part of message states, they close at 4:00. Frustrating situation because it was too late to place a delivery order for her birthday. Sad and frustrated.
