If I could give them no stars I would... I ordered a bouquet on a Sunday morning at 8:00 a.m. and originally asked for it to be delivered by 12:00 noon the next day to New Jersey... not Alaska, not Hawaii... I paid extra $5.95 for 12:00 delivery and if they couldn't deliver it by 12:00 I understood that... I figured a few hours after 12:00... the package was delivered at 6:00 p.m. after the party was over for the birthday... all day I tried to get customer service ...you can't get a hold of customer service,they don't pick up the phone they jerk you around they answer your email requests six hours later...and all I could get out of them was a refund of the $5.95 for the 12:00 delivery... in but other words they told me that 6:00 at night which was 34 hours after the initial order was acceptable!
Like I said after you order it there's no tracking no customer service nothing you're at their Mercy the only way I got to speak to somebody at the phone number was to make believe I was going to place a brand new order and then I wound up in another country and they could not help me to track my package they could only help if I wanted a place a new order.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY....BIGGEST MISTAKE
