Everything went wrong. First, my order was never delivered on the date promised for my mom's 81st birthday...then, I was sent an email the next day saying they couldn't make the order the previous day...apoligized...and said they would upgrade it and send it out the very next day. "We promise." they said. Did they? Nope...never delivered after the "promise" of next-day delivery, and then I was sent an email. It said, "Sorry. We don't deliver to this address." This was after I placed the order over a week in advance...was told delivery was their fault and promised an upgrade...and never had a return call after trying to get in touch with them numerous times. Oh, and good luck trying to go through their automated phone service...it just sends you in a loop. I also complained about this to no avail. UGH!! As a result, I never got the refund...and my mom never got flowers from her son for her 81st birthday.
My advice? Stay as far away from these people as possible.
