I ordered same day delivery of flowers for my mom's birthday because another florist said they couldn't send my arrangement that I had paid for the day before. Everything was fine. The day after my mom's birthday they said they were not able to deliver the flowers. #1-no help saying this the day after. #2-saying you're sorry doesn't cover it, why wasn't I called (it's mandatory to leave your phone number. #3-Not fun explaining to my mom that 2 companies took my money for an arrangement and then reneged.
