Don’t do it. I ordered a deluxe arrangement for a hospitality team for a church I had visited a few weeks ago thanking them for their kindness.
I paid extra for it to be delivered on a Sunday during their service. I never received confirmation or even a picture of what the arrangement of what the flowers looked liked since the recipient is in another city.
When I called a few days after the delivery inquiring about the flowers they said they were busy and would have someone get back with me. No one ever called. This was two weeks ago and as you can see the customer service needs work. I spent a lot for the arrangement and they didn’t put my mind at ease letting me know if it was delivered or how it looked.
I finally got in contact with someone at the church and she said they did receive a delivery. I would share a pic of the flowers but I told her don’t waste her time on trying to track them down because if they weren’t the quality I expected I would be even more upset.
Lesson learned. I will never order from this company again. Like Amazon, they should take a picture after delivery so customers know what they ordered.. even if the order has to be adjusted.
Here’s the “confirmation” I received about the delivery. In my opinion, the is NOT a confirmation… saying “will be delivered shortly” is not a guarantee of delivery. When I called to follow up they never responded…
