Paid for expedited delivery, arrived 4 hours late and was delivered to the wrong area of the facility. The arrangement received only matched the picture online in color and looked very subpar to the representative photo online. Customer service felt like it was a fair representation and only offered a partial refund. The worst quality arrangement I’ve ever had delivered.
