We ordered flowers very early this morning to surprise my daughter for her birthday since she lives out of town. We were wondering why later that day we never heard from her, then got an email at 3pm stating the delivery was cancelled even though you already took the money from our account! When my husband called to find out why, he was told that “apparently we no longer deliver to Canal Winchester.” So now her birthday is half over and it’s too late to schedule another delivery for today. Why do you advertise that you deliver somewhere that you don’t? And why wouldn’t you CALL someone to update?!?! I guess because we didn’t spend thousands$$ on a wedding, so our daughter didn’t matter to you. SMH
