Claim to have same day delivery but did not deliver that day. I was sent an email at the end of their work day stating the flowers were “successfully delivered or will be very shortly.” I reached out to customer service who claim to not have the capability to track where the delivery is. Was told to expect a call within 24 hrs for a response as to where it is even though it was “delivered successfully”. My wife was having an aweful day and I wanted to cheer her up with some flowers and now we are both upset and I’m out $75 dollars. Flower shopping.com sucks ass and I warn anyone else to not waste your money on a company that cannot deliver on their promises of same day delivery by printing shipments and sitting on the packages all so that they can appear to be making the deliveries but in fact cannot and leave their customers wondering where their orders are.
