I ordered a deluxe size plant and fruit basket. My recipient received fruit only. I had selected a thinking of you card and they delivered a get well soon card. The CS team informed me the florist didn't not have a healthy plant and added extra fruit instead. I did not order a fruit basket. I was so disappointed with this transaction.
