I am extremely unhappy, I ordered a bouquet for my dad's birthday, and it looks nothing like what I paid for. Also, it was missing the balloon and the matching cup. I emailed them a week ago and still haven't heard anything. Hoping I get a response and my REFUND please...or I will never order from them again and I hope I get my refund because it was $90 for just a random bundle of flowers...that is it. I am furious.
