We were sending flowers to a grieving family who just lost their dad. Flowers were charged to our account but the never were delivered. I have sent 2 messages but got no response. They say they are a family company but they don't seem to care about their customers. I would never buy flowers from this company. I would add a photo or video but they never received them. I do have a screenshot of my order and showing they charged me $91.06. They didn't have any problem taking our $$. So disappointed ๐๐ก
