"Biggest Rip-Off Ever: Awful Bouquet and Shameless Service!"
The bouquet was awful, both in size and color. The number of flowers and their color combination were completely off. It was nothing like what I ordered, and honestly, it was a disaster. It ruined my wife’s birthday. Some of the flowers were completely closed, and when I emailed them about it, they said the flowers would open within 3 days. That’s unacceptable! I feel like I’ve been robbed.
