On Tuesday at 9 am we placed an order for some flowers for a coworker whose sister had passed away a few days earlier, with the note that we need the flowers before 3:30 on Wednesday, because at that time our coworker was leaving. We started calling at 1:42 pm and the service we received was horrible. They are an intermediary between local flower shops and customers, no one knew anything, they said they would pass the message on to customer service and that someone would call us, which never happened. Those who answer the phone are people from other countries because of the accent when they spoke in English. Finally, someone answered saying he was a local, not a foreigner. He refused to give us the flower shop's phone number, but called the driver, who said he would deliver the flowers between 4 and 5 pm., WHAT? no one will be at the office at that time, so no solution, no supervisor, nothing. First and last time to use that horrible service, my recommendation to go directly to your local flower shop.
