I ordered flowers for my daughter, who had a surgery. The flowers were suppose to be delivered withinin 24 hours. My daughter never received the flowers, so I called the next day and asked if they would get them to her within the next couple days. The customer service rep said that they called the florist, and they said they were delivered. They researched and found that the florist had no proof of delivery. They also called my daughter and she confirmed that she had not received the flowers. This was 8/14/25. I received an email stating that I would receive a refund within 10 business days. A month later, I still received no refund. I actually had to contact my credit card company, and they are fighting this as of today's date 10/6/25. Do not order flowers from here. It was a disappointing frustrating experience, and I am out $62.
