I spent over £100 on Mothers Day flowers, unfortunately one of my orders did not get delivered 10th March to my birth mother, I contacted the FlowerShops network, customer service was very understanding and have escalated my concern up to the highest level, they were very empathic to the upset caused on none delivery for Mothers Day, they gave me a full refund including delivery cost very quickly, thank you FlowerShops network for a job well done, I have used the refund to treat my Mum to something else to cheer her up! Thank you.
