I ordered nearly £100 worth of flowers a few days before valentines day, and they never showed up.
Being disappointed at this point, I struggled to get in contact with them as their phone number says invalid. After emailing them, they stated their apologies and mentioned that i would have to wait up to 10 business days for my refund to be processed.
I'm now at nearly 20 business days and I still haven't been refunded. They have illegally withheld my money and won't give it back. I've tried contacting them numerous times and the last I heard was 'we have flagged this with our finance team'... now they won't even respond to me for an update. How embarrassing if this for customer service. Especially after spending 100's of pounds with then in the past.
Would definitely NOT recommend!
