My instructions were not followed correctly and i was sent the wrong design, wrong cake message and when everything was amended, the cake was 1.5 hours late.
Super disappointed and will probably never ever use fnp again.
The bakery workers are very incompetent and one of the agents on the phone actually told me that the cake they sent was better than what i asked for. This is extremely rude since nobody asked for her opinion and i am the one who paid 500 dirhams for the cake. Unprofessional and incompetent is what i got out of this whole experience.
