“I had a deeply disappointing experience with this flower delivery service — not for the first time, unfortunately. I ordered flowers for my mum’s birthday, paying extra to have them delivered during a specific time window. Being overseas, I provided my dad’s local contact number for delivery coordination.
What followed was a complete failure of service. The delivery team made no actual attempt to deliver — just a missed call or two while my dad was in a meeting. There was no persistence, no proper communication, and absolutely no attempt to redeliver. Calling the number back led to no answer. I raised a complaint promptly and provided both my parents’ landline and my own number, but customer service kept repeating the same robotic line: “We haven’t received a response from you,” which is completely false. I responded multiple times, yet they continued to ignore every message and ultimately never delivered the flowers nor issued a refund.
This is not my first bad experience with them. In the past, half my order was never delivered until I raised a complaint — and even then, it took days to correct.
I will never be using this service again and would strongly advise others to avoid it as well. Unreliable, dismissive, and grossly unprofessional. If you’re looking to make a loved one feel special, this company will only leave you frustrated and disappointed.”
“Horrible experience twice now. First time I wasn’t sure what the issue was. I had sent a diary/ pen set for dad on Father’s Day and the dairy was old , not new. Second time round I had ordered a birthday gift for a near one and they never delivered it on assigned day mentioning we can’t take guarantee for our delivery partners as to when will it be delivered. They have just tied up with local business but have no idea how it is working on grass-root level nor any way to resolve customer complaints appropriately. Prefer to order on Swiggy/ Zomato or reach out to a local business directly. Not worth the hassles.”

I had ordered the happy birthday gift arrangements set. I was totally unsatisfied with this order. The birthday cake was given with no knife or cutlery and as the plan of cutting the cake was in made of a garden and to my surprise, I did not find any knife in it and so I stumbled to cut the cake. FNP being a reputed org I did not expect such a carelessness which really ruined the moment of the cake, cutting, despite the place chosen. So either you can do 100% check before handing it over the customer, or please don’t take the order anymore if you cannot make it to the expectation of the customer. This not only bad, but also spoil the moment without a key thing to celebrate the birthday. Apart from that, the other things that I had ordered, had been in good place.”

Service and products both were very disappointed. Don’t choose Ferns and Petals for any services. It was a good app, years back but now from last few years they are just fooling people.”

“I would have given a 0 start if there is anything like that. Guys this company is pathetic. Never order anything from them. I placed orders on the 9th for my wife's valentine gift to be delivered. Today I get an email saying they can't deliver as it's out of their perimeter. Such a pathetic company who doesn't know how much they can cover for delivery. It's the worst ever customer service and please don't waste money on this fraudsters. They wanted to return my money as a gift card and it's their decision. Appalling. Don't get into this message fellows. Pathetic.”
“One of the worst company I have ever dealt with recently. I'm a repeated customer and did a lot of orders before with fnp, but recently on the Valentine Day occasion I had the nightmare service. Instead of delivering the selected gift on Valentine Day as scheduled, the order was delayed to the next day and after many calls and emails the order has been delivered wrong with different one. I'm speechless of such horrible services and I will raise my voice throughout social medias to make people aware of such sooooooooo bad services and definitely will not repeat work with you.”
