Very bad customer service.. i had to cancell an order worth some 7000rs and i was issued gift coupons to use it for future, without any expiry date. The next time i tried to order i recieved rhe message that the coupon code has wxpired.. i struggled so much to reissue the certifiacte and place a order worth 800 rs.. finally i was successful after lot of back and forth and the headache.. i still had 6000+ rs left for which i tried to place order after few days and still not able to order.. going back and forth.. every time talk on their chat app they keep me hanging for hours and finally close the chat without resolving. Never never never order from this site.. no doubt the times i had successfully ordered cakes the quality of their cake is very good.. but their customer services and processes really sucks. Specially if you are tryinf to. Get ur money back
