The Company confirmed my delivery slot to be before 3 pm. Despite my request in their chat box for cancellation at 3:30 pm due to the delay, they proceeded to deliver the flowers at 8:46 pm, long after my 83-year-old aunt had retired for the night.
They also altered the flower color from WHITE to PINK without my approval. Nobody contacted me.
I kept trying to call but nobody answers. Even their Chat box put me on hold indefinitely.
Total waste of money and time.
