I ordered a S$109 congratulatory bouquet for the birth of my grandchild on 24 May. The bouquet was delivered by a couple within the stipulated time. However, the bouquet was a big embarrassing disappointed. The flowers were withered and definitely not fresh. It looked at least 2-3 days old. It dampened the mood of the joyous occasion. I could have got a better deal from the wet market florist. I don't see any purpose in submitting photos because the submission of earlier reviewers seems to have no impact on the company's commitment or responsibility. The staff seems to be more keen on ensuring payment than providing efficient services. I would definitely not order from or recommend FNP again. Thank you for the learning experience.
