had a gift pack delivered to my brother at Bhubaneswar,it had the additional items but Meenakari Rakhi kumkum and haldi was missing .The order was as it is delayed.It was delivered on 31st late evening instead of 29th July and today when my sister opened to check the main ingredients were missing .Although a gift should be opened on the d day but I had to be sure .i requested the customer care to send the missing stuff they refused .Fnp ,please have the missing items delivered. This is a recurring phenomenon.They are pure and simple cheating.Despite my earnest request to deliver the Rakhee they simply refused .
