I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received concerning my recent order placed on Aug 4 for a cake and a bouquet at your Jabalpur location, intended for my friend on Friendship Day.
The cake was delivered around 1 PM, while the bouquet was delivered at 4:40 PM. Unfortunately, by the time the bouquet was delivered, my friend had already left for Mumbai for the next three months, rendering the delivery unsuccessful.
It was my expectation that both the cake and bouquet would be delivered simultaneously, as they were meant to be presented together as a gift. The significant delay in delivering the bouquet not only defeated the purpose of the gift but also caused great inconvenience.
In light of the delay and partial delivery, I promptly canceled my second bouquet order once my friend received only the cake. However, I have been disappointed with the customer service response, as they have refused to acknowledge the mistake and are unwilling to refund the amount for the undelivered bouquet.
