I ordered pink carnations to be delievered and those were available in the destination city but ferns n petals delievered orange roses.really cheap of them.charged me for carnations but delievered according to their wish.After complaining,I get a call from bulbul(executive)telling me sorry as the flowers were already received we cannot do anything.I was so surprised,i booked other flowers and for who so ever,they wudnt know what i sent,they will receive.lame silly excuses.fraud and fooling people.never again.
