“Misleading Delivery Status and Poor Service” I ordered a cake and flowers for my sister-in-law’s wedding ceremony in Dallas, Taxas, and despite paying ₹8008, the items never arrived. To make matters worse, the status shows “delivered” when, in reality, we did not receive anything. This kind of misleading information is unacceptable, especially for such an important occasion. There was no communication from their side to clarify the situation, and their customer service has been unresponsive. It’s extremely disappointing to rely on a company for a special event and end up with no delivery and a false status update. I am now left with no choice but to ask for a refund and post this negative review to warn others. Be very cautious if you’re planning to order from them for important events.
